They say it's the CREATOR'S ECONOMY. How come the platforms make money, but you don't? In the creator's economy, it means that YOU, the creator, the one who writes content and publishes it on the platform, are the engine room of this economy. Without you, the platforms will cease to exist. How come you don't even make $1 from month to month, while the platforms make billions monthly? Why do you spend money buying data just to work for the platform for free? You buy a new phone just so you can take beautiful pictures to get more engagement, yet you do not make money from the company you work so hard to build.
Do you know that you're the person building Facebook? Do you know that if we all stop creating content for 30 days, Facebook and other social media platforms will cease to exist? Dear Creator, think outside the box. Do not allow your ego to be massaged into paucity. I know we want to have fun sometimes and that is fine but also, what about making a good use of that fun? What about not letting them use you while having that fun?
They say you've earned a badge as a rising creator. You're now in the top 4% of rising creators, yet your bank account isn't rising to match that status. How does that help you? Instead, it motivates you to create more. They know this, and that's exactly why they have made those features and will continue to encourage you to create more. Think. They say it's the CREATOR'S ECONOMY. How come the platforms make money while you don't? How come you don't even make $1 from month to month while the platforms make billions monthly? How come you spend money buying data just to work for the platform for free? Think.
