Foodie in the house, shout Hehe!!!
I know of someone who can do a day without food so far there are phones or ICT gadgets around. MY LITTLE BABY OF 5years can stay glued to a phone till thy kingdom comes 🤣🤣
PICKING A SIDE
There are so many things we can’t go a day without as humans. Would you choose a day without your phone or a day without food? Tell us why.
This question is somehow complicated because food is important while the phone is also essential. I cannot do without my phone for any reason but since we have to choose between food and phone for a day. Let me think🤔🤔🤔

I will go with my food since it's just a day, foodie🤣🤣
Food is anything we eat to make us grow and healthy.
Food is fundamental for survival, growth, and total well-being.
As we all know we are in the days of technology where every activity is done with technology. some groups of people cannot do a second without pressing their phones, they are glued to their phones from the moment they are awake to sleeping time. They forget about food until you force them out of that way.
For example, my son likes phones more than anything, give him a phone or any ICT gadgets from morning till night, and this boy won't look for you nor will he ask for food. So, I had to quickly step in and control his use of his phone before it turned to addiction.
However, If given the choice between a day without my phone or a day without food, I would choose a day without my phone. Without food, my body would not have the energy or nutrients needed to function properly, which could have severe consequences on my health, and my ability to carry out daily activities would be difficult. During the time of 6 am to 6 pm fasting, for the first day, my body could not take it, see me see food. I don't eat too much but let me sip in something either tea or water. My phone is a valuable tool for communication, entertainment, and other resources. This can still wait for a day.
Also, food is a natural supplement that keeps you all day. Even though, a day without my phone may be challenging, that means NO HIVE FOR ME THAT DAY, but not unto death. In today's digital age, many people rely on phones for everything. However, taking a break from our phones can have a lot of benefits such as reducing the risk of sight damage, stress, addiction, and obesity. Too much of everything is bad Concentrating too much on either TV screens, mobile phones, or whatever screen can have negative effects on our mental health and well-being. Don't be too addicted
So taking away my phone from me for a day would allow me to rest very well, and have enough time to think straight without any form of beeping or notification distractions that often consume my attention. Instead, I could use that time to focus on self-care activities, such as exercising, reading (it's been a long time since I read, HIVE won't give me that chance anymore), or spending quality time with my loved ones. It is important!
But going without food for a day is much more intimidating. My body relies on a steady intake of nutrients to function properly, and skipping meals can lead to dizziness, fatigue, Ulcers, and other health-related issues. It could be dangerous! While both our phones and food are important assets of our daily living, the choice between a day without my phone or a day without food is clear to me
I like cooking and I enjoy staying in the kitchen dishing different menus. So, if I choose food over the phone, there are benefits for me and these benefits outweigh the constant distractions I will get from the use of the phone. Health is wealth
