To be honest, when you achieve something in this life no matter how small, it is okay to smile and celebrate it because life is short and small wins matters a lot. The question about controversies on whether success brings about happiness in a person's life is one that goes in both ways as there are people who have achieved so much success in their life whether legally or illegally but they still feel empty because of some of the kind of decisions they have made in their lifetime hence they cannot attainhappiness. Again, There are people who have achieved success and no matter how small it is they celebrate it to a large extent that you will think that they won the entire world.
Based on my experience so far, success and Happiness goes hands in hand because there is no way you would work hard for a particular thing and at the end of the day you achieve success and not be happy about it. I remember back then when I was engaged in an activity and it was about helping the needing, at first it was tough and challenging because of lack of financial support and difficulty in planning but at the end of the day we succeeded in carrying it out and we touched the lives of over 200 people. Are you saying that I should not be happy about the success achieved in touching lives when it was difficult and tough at the Beginning but in the end we achieved what we thought could not be possible? No, we celebrated the win.
Although, success might not equate to happiness in some cases when a person works so hard to achieve a particular faith and at the end of the day the end up spending their monies on sicknesses, and challenges. It is in this case that we can say that not everyone who has achieved success can be happier about it.
There’s been so much controversy on success and happiness. Do you think being successful as a person automatically means being happy? Have you ever been successful at something but still didn’t feel happy? Share your thoughts and experiences with us.
