Richard was a very close friend of mine, this guy is so dedicated, so good, diligent and down to earth honest, Richard is a guy that can go out of his ways to do anything, he is that selfless in all he's doing, he was there before I resumed working, I got to like Richard because we often vibes along very well, but along the line i observed that Richard was the "GOOD GUY" like in all sense of the word.
I got to discover this about him and I tried telling him about it cause I also realise that he's not really experienced in the working experience like me, so I tried telling him to just be normal, like you just have to be yourself do what you have to do and just be smart, but Richard wouldn't listen, he will do just anything plus going the extra miles to do anything for our Madam, but the funny part of this is that our Madam doesn't seem to see or appreciate any of his effort and treats him less than anybody, you know this thing of he's the most haaarrrdd working guy in our workforce but he get the least appreciation for it.
I have seen this guy do good things that is supposed to add to his salary but instead it's almost cost him his job....
doing Anything for approval from anybody is the least thing I will ever do, I am someone who likes to do things straightforward, I will do what I have to do when I have to do it and where, I love coordination and organized system were things are done appropriately without fear of anyone for whatever reason, I will do anything but not for whatever reason to gain approval from anybody.
personally I see doing anything to seek approval from any one is like doing eye service which to me is wrong, very wrong, so in that case be free and open with whatever you are doing, because especially in any working environment there is nothing you do that will please anyone that's human being for you talkless of those in high offices
so in a nutshell be yourself, be open be free amd be smart, that's the conclusion of the whole matter
