Mental Health Conditions are increasing within our communities which are killing more of our love ones than chronic diseases such High blood pressure, diabetic and malarias’ more are times in Out-Patient Department in our hospitals.
More often we associate Mental Health conditions to persons with Mental Disorder, Drug Addicts, Street baggers and persons born with special conditions.
Am sorry to tell you, there is more to it than that because you reading this note either you are already suffering from Mental Health conditions or you are the next candidate to mental health disorder.
WE ARE NOT SAFE……..Because mental health conditions does not matter the color of your skin.
These are Steps that helped me some months ago.
● You are not alone and the first person to experience that problem.
There is a Supreme Being (God) who over sees everything in our lives if he does not allow those problems to occur it will not always thank him for everything.
Also family and true friends are there to help you not every sickness needs medicine.
●Talk to someone you trust.
Seek professional help from Doctors and Counselors’ because there is a saying that a problem shared is halve solved.
●Avoid being aloan
SELF LOVE.
● Engage in things that makes you happy.
Preferred movies like WAR ROOM and GOD’S NOT DEAD.
Visiting the Gym for physical activities
