Like everyone else, I experience those days when I wake up and don’t feel like doing anything. But guess what, life doesn’t stop to wait for you just because you’re moody, exhausted or not in the mood. While people are out there making it big , you can choose to stay in bed all day and watch those people on social media or get your ass up and get something doing.
To me, these days are the hardest days for me because I know I don’t have the luxury of laying in bed all day. So, I adopted a habit to make me productive every day. And this habit is having a plan. Before I sleep each day, I make sure to know my schedule and plan my day accordingly. This way, I get to meet my goals for the day and also have enough me time at the end of the day. Before I adopted this habit, I realized I needed every day exhausted but when I looked back to see what I had done throughout the day, it was little to nothing.
Most people are busy for nothing throughout the day and they achieve very little because they don’t have a plan. Having a daily plan helps you be strategic and productive all the time. On some days, I decide to rest because rest also matters for my general health and well being. Life will continue to get busy for as all so far as we are growing. But being able to manage your time efficiently is one way to lesson the burden of each day.
