PEACE OF MIND
Personally I don't joke with my peace of mind, I'm a kind of person that is very emotional, so I don't do anything that is going to make me sad or make me worry.
My peace of mind is my priority, when an individual doesn't have peace of mind, it can ruin an individual's mental health.
Honestly, peace of mind is really underrated, but when a person lacks peace of mind, it can have a lot of side effects on an individual.
I could remember 2022, when I was working for someone, I was working as a sales rep, my boss was always shouting both what is worth shouting for and what doesn't even what shouting for, he would always make noise for it, honestly that job took away my peace of mind, anytime I'm going to work and I remember I am going to meet my boss at work, my mind is always skipping.
This kept going on for 2 months, I couldn't keep working there anymore, I had to quit my job because it has taken away my happiness and my peace of mind. It also affected my mental health, I could no longer things straight.
I'm glad I left my job then, now I have my peace of mind, I no longer think about being shouted upon or being disgraced in the public by my boss.
