I will tell you a very easy way by which you can track your habits. You have to take a calendar and stick with whatever habit you want to adopt.
For example, if you want to adopt the habit of going to the gym everyday then you should have to keep marking in the calendar that on which day did you go to the gym and at the end of the month see how many days you went to the gym and how much difference there is in your body. If you feel that there has been as much difference in your body as it was supposed to be in 1 month, then it means that you are on the right track, but if you feel that there is no difference, then you will need some change in some of your habits or add some more days to gym.
