Some of y'all be calling my printer acquisitions new toys but they are serious tools for the most part, but in this one I share something that is a lot more toy like.
I got me the latest meta quest 3 VR headset!
I have been messing around with VR for a while I had a cheap google cardboard vr headset that used a phone as the display and was fairly neat for the time and was also a cool concept to make vr more accessible, Also a friend that got me into crypto had one of the earlier vr headset and I tried it a few times it was very cool and I wanted one but required a large space and setting up these 2 cubes in the corners of the room to make the unit work.
Well a lot of progress has been made so I figured I would give vr another shot.
I got the headset and I have been having a lot of fun with it, I even took it to work, the disabled man I work with really likes space so I found some neat vr space videos to show him and he really enjoyed it.'
I have no regrets with it so far and looking forward to having more neat experiences with it, I am curious if any of you hive folks got one too, perhaps we can take our virtual friendship to the next level 🤣
