It's really such a shame that both humans and animals can find themselves in situations like these.

As humans we would be more shy to be found searching the trash, but it does indeed happen. Probably more than we think, as it happens all over the world. And the rising prices doesn't make it less. Salaries aren't rising nearly as much as everything we buy and it will, eventually, cause a lot of issues. Probably all over the world.
