Its been raining solid for two days here in Edinburgh. And today where I work there was a number of roads flooded !
Some poor punter above tried to drive their car through it and didnt make it ! I'm sure they are ok - just wet ! This pic is taken from a foot bridge that goes over the road at this point.
This is the other side of the bridge - and I normally walk along this road to get home - not today !!! And it is a road - it looks more like a river now !
This is a naturally low point in the road, so the water just collected here.
Its all people were talking about in work this morning. Our car park was also flooded, but our buildings were not.

The path I walk home on was mostly passable, but with a lot of puddles.
And this park of to the side of the path was collecting a good sized puddle.
The worst part of the path is shown in the pic above, but it wasnt too terrible.
Well that was my friday excitement ! I hope that persons car aint too damaged. And the rain finally stopped in the last hour, so hopefully that will give things a chance to clear up. Hope you all have a great weekend !
