If I’d be honest, I think I will agree to some of the things your friends have said if not all, because at some point I almost gave up using the inleo UI because they keep promising a lot of things but they barely keep up with it.
With that being said, I believe that nothing good comes easy. Since my last 3 years of being on hive, I have seen the inleo Frontend trying to bring in different upgrades to improve how people use hive. Mostly, to make most web2 users blend into web3 with ease.
For the fact that they are opened to feedbacks, I feel that is something. They are seeking for ideas from the community on how to do better which means they accept the fact that they still have a lot of adjustments to make and so far, things have been way better than the last two years when they started working on their big project.
They have failed the community in some ways but I see their efforts in trying to make up for things. I’m not sure if they will do better this time but I know they are trying to do better and that’s something.
A vote I’ll say and I hope they keep doing better.
