Dear old teacher.
Dear teacher of the past tense,
today I remember you with great tenderness,
with those thick glass lenses
and your frank and cheerful smile forever.
What quality of teaching you had!
Your students admired your talent
because although sometimes you got mad
you were determined, respectful and valient.
I don't know what happened to your way,
but today I remember you in my little house,
and I don't know if you find yourself away
because forget you ... how?
I want you to know that wherever you are
my heart always gives you beats
and that in my memories I see your star
and I think of you when I go to sleep.
God bless you forever, dear teacher,
that you did know how to teach.
