Our life is too focused on thinking and getting worried about what we didn't achieve, what we should have done, why we did that mistake and so on. We all do have this type of guilty feeling but when we forget to feel good about what we have achieved it makes our feeling about life is worse.
It's never like that we didn't achieve anything. There are many positive things maybe your family or friends counts as an achievement though you tend to ignore that or vice versa. You may find many are jealous of your success though you don't consider it a success. It happens. But remember to celebrate your positive work, your achievement at the end of the day.
Our life is a game to balance between good and bad, picking the side we prefer. If we only focus on the negative sides of life, we will feel and do negative for sure. It's necessary to understand what mistakes we have made. But that doesn't mean that we have to ignore what positive things we have achieved.
Take a pen and paper and write down what positive things you choose for your life, what you are grateful to, what makes you feel better that you have chosen. You will be amazed by seeing all the things coming up in your mind. Maybe you never think about the little things. But they all add up and made your life better as you are now.
Talk about your achievement, let people know how grateful you are, make an impact on other's life through your positive achievements. It may sound silly but it helps many to find the right path.
Never think that you are nothing. There are many good things we all have done, even the worst criminal one. If we can learn to focus on the positive side, work on it to make the list bigger and embrace the positive achievement we can build a better life for us. And I guess, that's a win-win situation for all of us!
