It's not very easy to be on the right track. Someday you may feel you have progressed a lot, other days you may feel you even lost the motivation. Sometimes it feels like we stuck and can't go further no matter how hard we try. Well, I would say try a different approach.
Let me give you the simplest example!
If you ever tried to lose weight you better know how hard it is to keep the motivation and run the journey. Most of the time we fail after a sudden period of time and start again, which doesn't give us any meaningful results. But if we can change our strategy a little. I believe it can help us. Like if you only focus on a diet before, add exercise and portion size to it also. Or change the time of your good intake. This approach changing actually helps to figure out what best for us and go in the right way.
Trying out different approach may consume more time. But this is the only best way to know what's best for us. Following other's will not help us always. So we have to come up with our own idea to make progress.

• Map your progress.
• Change your habit and way of work if necessary.
• Make a fusion in work to get the highest benefits.
• Change your track smoothly.
Try a different approach doesn't mean you have to change your career overnight. It's about changing and adding more on how you do things, the way of our action. It may take time to figure out the best way but the time worth it.
