Software I used :

Adobe Illustrator CS6

STEPS :

You can check step-wise images of my working
Start with a ellipse tool for face shape

Create body parts using pen tool

Create hands using pen and pencil tool

Create eyes, nose etc and wore him a cap

Coloured my drawing

and than I add Text with a box and you can see the first image of the post as my final piece :D
