I am sharing my recent drawing/Illustration of a man wearing warm suit, as winter is on.
I start my drawing with body parts, work on face after getting pose of it. I put big eyes on his face 👀 not in this shape, but these are big too...

After that, I worked on face, put a jacket on him and add his 2nd arm
