Day by day one thing has become my habit.Honestly, I have gained a little more weight than before, so I have taken care of my body.So I try to get up very early in the morning by my own efforts, it has become my habit now.Getting up very early in the morning is a little difficult but now I have to lose weight so there will be no more excuse.
Getting up and going out with my favorite bicycle for unknown purposes is the first thing in my daily life.Trying at least 30 to 35 minutes for me to cycle.When I cycle in that beautiful environment in the morning, my spirits work and my mind becomes very light in an instant.
When I went out cycling this morning, the atmosphere was beautiful and the sky was clear.Of course when I go out cycling there are very few people so it is very easy to try to blend in with nature and sometimes I try to take a little walk in the place where there is a lot of green.
Dewdrops accumulate on the grass in the morning and it looks very nice and a cool feeling works when I walk among them.Especially when I get out of breath while cycling, I try to sit and rest in the middle of the grass and it works a lot of serenity because the frosty air on one side and the cool grass on the other side, all in all, great.
