G is for GROWING a vegetable GARDEN in pots
I love to cook using fresh and locally grown vegetables.
Growing your own vegetables in pots is an easy way to have fresh flavors of home grown vegetables.
I am not an expert gardener, but I do know that I don't need a large plot of land to grow vegetables.
I chose the easiest ones to plant and grow.
In the photo are: tomato, green bell pepper, and eggplants.
I only cook for myself. There are a fair amount of tomatoes, bell peppers and eggplant that can be harvested from these plants.
