Wow...yh.. I especially love the part of monitoring the media intake because most media currently often portray relationships or marriages that are not really realistic and steady exposure to these most often leads to one having whole lots of expectations that are not even really ideal and at the end of the day when the expectations fall short like you said, they start looking for what's not lost. So yeah, cutting down on the media intake is very important in curbing extra marital affairs.
