Hello friends, I hope that all of you are healthy, happy and living your life happily and peacefully. So friends, as is my every post today, I go to the gym every morning, while going to the gym I drink a cup of black coffee and it helps in maintaining energy in the body and it has many other benefits too. After that, after working out in the gym, I come back to my room after 1½-2 hours and drink hot water in a lota by adding lemon and a spoon of honey in it, due to which we get to experience many types of energy in the body, so let me tell you how beneficial it is.
The benefits of drinking hot water, honey and lemon are as follows.
As drinking hot water, lemon and honey helps in fighting the various types of bacteria present in the body which are harmful to our body.
It strengthens the digestive power and improves it and makes the body strong.
It is also very helpful in weight loss as I need it badly and it also helps a lot in reducing belly fat.
We can use it to get relief from throat cough and it is used for other things also but after coming from the gym, I had already drunk a mug of hot water but I thought why not add some honey and lemon to it and drink it so that the weight will also be reduced and my growing belly will also be reduced.
