Hello, everyone.
Since then, I haven't been able to go to daycare at all. In fact, I've only been able to go out for doctor's appointments, shopping, and visits to the government office. My whole body feels so sluggish that moving is painful, so I've been staying home. Back in the day, I used to actively go to various places like shrines, temples, and museums. It seems like my energy is gone, and I'm struggling with it. I've also been drawing less frequently.
I don't see any signs of improvement, but tomorrow I'm going to the mental health clinic for case work and a consultation.
Writing this far, I wondered if it might be because the weather changes so much. Today is mild, but apparently a severe cold snap is coming starting tomorrow.

皆さんこんにちは。
あれからデイケアにも全然行けず、それどころか外出も通院と買い物と役所にしか行けていません。全身がだるくて動くのもつらいので自宅にこもって暮らしています。昔はもっと、神社仏閣や美術館など色々なところへ進んで行っていたのに。気力がなくなっているようで困っています。絵を描く頻度も少し減りました。
良くなる兆しが見えないのですが、明日メンタルクリニックへ行ってケースワークと診察を受けてきます。
ここまで書いて、天気が変わりやすいからかなあと思いました。今日は穏やかな天気ですが、明日からは寒波が強烈だそうです。
