Did the climbpro on Garmin work?
Garmin also has an crash detection. I've configured it to send an alert to my wife with my location when I crash. It has a 30 second timeout, so you can cancel the alert if you are OK after the crash.
I find it a safe thought to have that when I go cycling abroad where you might not always have a lot of other people around.
I haven't been cycling more than my commuting rides lately because of the insulation project if my garage. But I will also go to Germany later this month and bring my Bicycle.

That Kickr looks cool too. I prefer outdoor rides too, but it is nice you can jump on it anytime and all year long.
I've borrowed a Tackx recently, but didn't manage to get my Bianchi on it without same investments. And when it is too cumbersome, I know I wont be using it. That kicker is ready to ride at any time, but I'm afraid that I just won't be using isn't enough to justify the purchase of it. Especially after buying my new bicycle recently 😂
