
Happy Sunday to all the cyclists who wake up early and head out to pedal with good vibes and the desire to improve a little every day. Achieving even a 1% improvement is a lot, because it all adds up. I finally understood this at the end of this year. Let’s see how this learning influences my progress in 2026 — not only in sporting terms, but in many other aspects too… ahhh, I just remembered that two days ago I laughed when I saw something a fellow cyclist had written. It said: ‘Here, punishing the legs to silence the mind.’ Everyone has their own motivations, right?
I’m pleased to share that in this first week of chats among cyclists there was… waaaait… hahaha… I’m counting… Voilà! One participation. No, I’m lying.
