Hello everyone,
Here we are again, giving a gentle knock on your doors to see if we can gather a few more visitors in this little Sunday chat room. No pressure at all — it’s simply a friendly invitation.
I was thinking that perhaps it wasn’t clear that everyone (without exception) is welcome to take part in these dynamics. It doesn’t matter if cycling isn’t a central activity in your life… even if you only ride a bike occasionally for fun. We’d be delighted to hear about your motivations and what you’ve discovered about yourself during those rides.
So for this Sunday, I’ve come up with these questions. You can choose one of them or all three. It’s entirely up to you.
- What thought or feeling visits you when you cycle in silence, without music or distractions?
- What fear related to cycling have you managed to face little by little?
- What did you discover about yourself through cycling that you would never have imagined before?

Remember to use the hashtag #SundayChitChat, and feel free to invite a friend to join in. That will help us connect with more people here.
And with thanks in advance for your attention, it’s time to highlight this week’s contribution. Once again, it was who broke the ice. I would have liked to take part, but unfortunately I was away with my family for New Year’s in a place where it was impossible to get an Internet connection. Only in the early hours of the morning did a bit of signal appear, and I managed to vote from my personal account with great difficulty because the page wouldn’t load properly and kept giving errors…
Well… I needed a bit of a detox anyway, so I didn’t stress too much about it. After trying several times and seeing it wasn’t working, I put the mobile aside and focused on resting, which I really needed.
So here is the link to his post, which was very good. You can tell he put effort into it, and I think it would be lovely if it received a bit more love. A small comment is a big contribution — and a real joy for the creator, don’t you think.
