Hi all,
I found this community by chance yesterday and I am very happy for it because it helps me publish a pathway that has been requested by some fellow Italian hiver in the italian HIVE telegram channel.
there's this NFT festival in Lugano at the end of next week, with many italian and international artists, I am trying to free myself from work in order to join for the whole festival but I probably will be able to be there only for the last two days :(
Another bad thing that I need to add is that last week the festival looked like a free entry event, and this week we have paid tickets instead, You can check the linked website to find your tier, but to do what I like I should spend between 300 and 500€ which doesn't sound too encouraging sadly.
Anyways I committed to sharing the route from Milan to Lugano and I looked for it on the cycling online communities that I know outside hive, here is what I found:
The pathways is a slow climb 400mt high in the Alps, but the view is wonderful as they mention in a lot of forums and the time according to google is 5 hours of riding, which usually is a bit longer with my MTB, but may be faster for some of the italian riders I've been speaking to.
There are 8 campings on the Lugano lake where you can put your tent and get to theNFT fest by bycicle for the whole weekend.
But what about this festival?
Some short info about the good sides, maybe you get to be interested enough to come :)
Lots of people between the speakers, I mean you can really lose yourself in them, I probably noticed only the ones I'm interested in...
- NFT collectors like Zeneca, FrankNFT.eth and Poseidon DAO,
- Polygon devs and gaming devs (very trendy polygon after the zk)
- the artist that i feel are worth seeing are Skygolpe and Giovanni Motta, this second one is a traditional artist, and some traditional art investors are listed between the speakers too, along with lawyers, the Lugano's mayor and a great lot of influencers and not better specified "growth hackers".
Please let me know in the comments if i've missed someone important!
That said I'm honestly not sure I want to spend 300€ for an NFT event like this in Lugano, but I may change idea at the very last minute!
I also wanna share the cycling route from Turin, because it was asked to me and because it goes through 2 lakes and one mountain (Gordio Mount) before arriving in the Lugano lake (10 hours of cycling).
It is probably a beautiful route!
Worth a couple of days of cycling...
Great community people!
