Description from Strava: I think I need to start taking these training sessions more seriously, although every time I get home and look at the data from my smartwatch, I realise that I’m always focusing more on building up my aerobic base and endurance, getting my body used to cycling for long periods at a low heart rate.
I don’t think the intensity shown there is unhealthy; on the contrary, it’s right on the edge. It could say I cycled comfortably with a few bursts of intensity.
You have to bear in mind that I cycle in the city, with traffic lights and traffic that force me to slow down and stop frequently… Not to mention… the uneven road surface 😅. The roads are in a terrible state.
The card from the Spanish deck that accompanied me today in my reading was the Eight of Pentacles, and the Ace of Wands remained at the bottom of the deck.
