Oh my goodness, you made me laugh reading this, Hive account@erikah friend 😄, because my grandmother was someone who made her own clothes, although she would have dresses made by a trusted seamstress friend (who, according to her, had better skills) for special occasions (like going to mass or important visits, baptisms, etc.)... But the truth is, my grandmother dressed very modestly, and on Sundays she even wore a shawl over her head... I would have fainted seeing the things that fashion dictates today! 🙂... But what made me laugh the most was your comment about those marks on the hems of pants, because I "inherited" pants from my older cousins 😂, and they had those marks, and even when they were bought for me from the beginning, they were gradually "stretched" so they would fit me as I grew...
