Hot-pot has become quite a buzzing spicy food in town. There are multiple ways to get the cuisine seved, but stir fry is my favorite. High-level of spices are kind of categorized to a certain diaspora in international market, but hot pot serves allocades with diverse food lovers.
This one kind, specially allows you to pick your vegetables and then pick your level of spices and there you go. Its best for the winter if you could tolerate a bit of spices early morning. Now, the veggies with the sauces do comes at extra cost, if one can make it home , why not?
Food has direct relations with your gut health and it implications effects days and life. Your gut health must be priority and thus the consumption should be done accordingly.

It’s a ocassional food when you want to spice a bit of taste to tongue. So, sometimes its a good-go to spice food for me. An ocassional treat that you can share with people you want to have with.
My choice of eating outside is always based on exhaustion that goes with work, or through my daily routine. Having born in spiced up food environment, a bit of spices goes mandatory with foods.This gives a bit of adrenaline push to the daily chores.
