Compartiendo mi rutina de la semana
Sharing my weekly routine
Hello, friends of the community! I'm Betzaida, and I'm happy to be back. Today, I not only want to share my daily workout routine but also open up about my thoughts and feelings with you. I want to talk about how this week's challenge has been going and how I'm feeling now that it's Friday.
This week, my workout routine included a cardio session yesterday, and today, an ab and strength training workout with weights. This year, I've replaced some of my weight training with more cardio since I'd gained a little weight. But I'm still doing weight training and ab exercises. I do these workouts every other day.
Superando los desafíos de la semana
Overcoming the challenges of the week
This week has been anything but easy. My youngest son and middle daughter have been very sick, with asthma and kidney problems. As we say in Venezuela, "they're not playing around." Despite the exhaustion and worry, I've managed to attend my training sessions. Today I feel a great sense of relief, as if I've accomplished something. Tomorrow I'll be able to rest a little, though not too much, since I'll have to continue taking care of my sick children. But I'm not as tired as you might expect, and I feel I have the energy to face these challenges.
To show you I'm not as exhausted as I thought, here are some photos of my workouts from today and this week. I'm proud of myself for sticking to my routine despite the challenges. Thank you all for being here and supporting me. I hope you enjoyed reading a bit about my life and my journey. Let's keep going with lots of energy!
