I don't want to embarrass myself by revealing just how long I have been working on this zine. This was the week I finally finished it, and that is what matters, right?
I celebrated international zine month by printing the first edition of the "Mystical Homestead" zine.
In true zine style I printed in a very DIY way with the help of my ecotank printer. I only made a dozen booklets, all photocopies of the original.
Then, the fun part: trimming off the borders and ordering the pages. To me this is the fun part because I am proud of the work I have done here. My little essays & art are bound in this zine. It was a challenge to take this booklet from an ides to a physical thing.
And I can't wait to share it with the world.
