I took quite a few pics yesterday as we were out and about, so I wanted to share some now..
the landscape is very different compared to hawaii, but very beautiful it's own right.. more like Lord of the Rings!!
This is my aunt addie. She is real smart and still works all the time, even at her age. I think she's 78 now. she owns and runs a realty here in morro bay.
She is very wise.. she told me many good advice that I try to take to heart and live by.. first one is DON'T LOAN MONEY! Instead, just give that money away and maybe it will come back to u, or not. Its all good.
She also told me that what's happened is for good or bad.. but it has already happened, so don't dwell on it. just live in the present, and also prepare for the future. A very wise philosophy truly. 🤔😉🤙
Let me just share with u all my plans for now and into the near future..
I plan on making some small income here on hive with my posting and commenting, as well as my trading of HIVE and HBD on the internal market. Besides that, I will be applying for SSI. (social security income) and if I get that, it means some good cash (I think) as well as it comes with food stamps (EBT) as well as the best health insurance. (mediCal or medicaid, I think it's called)
I already made an ABLE account on Fidelity.. that's a special savings account that won't affect my social security qualifications, up to $100k, I look forward to filling up that account ASAP. There is a limit, tho. I believe it's 19k this year and should increase as inflation does..
so, the future does seem bright. I gotta wear shades! 🕶️☺️🌈👊
