I took this picture early this morning, about 3:37 am. What was I doing up that late? Well sometimes I take a nap after I eat and then I get up. Usually that is late at night.
I was thinking about time. You see I live in California, USA. Here we put the clocks ahead one hour in the spring and put the clocks back one hour in the fall.
We have this saying of in spring you spring forward the clock one hour and in fall, you fall back the clock one hour. It is our daylight savings time when we put the clocks ahead one hour in the spring.
I remember my late dad saying that he doesn't know why they still do this with our time as the people that came up with daylight savings time are long dead.
I think their is a law that might change the way we change our clocks, but I don't know if it will become a law or not.
I know that a lot of countries don't do daylight savings and that is good. I thought why don't we just get rid of daylight savings and be like the other countries and states that don't change their clocks at all.
Did you know that God put back the sundial 10 degrees? Now that is special when God does it. As it is written, Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees, which is gone down in the sun dial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward. So the sun returned ten degrees, by which degrees it was gone down. Isaiah 38:8.
Can you imagine a spinning globe earth as NASA wants us to believe stop and go back? That would be impossible, but the sun is a light, known as the greater light that is set in the firmament and the sun moves in the firmament through its portals. It moves through different portals to get the different seasons. You can read about the sun and moon moving through its different portals in the book of Enoch.
As it is written, And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: Genesis 1:14.
NASA doesn't even recognize the firmament. Yet the firmament is strong and solid, as it is written, Hast thou with him spread out the sky, strong, as a molten looking glass? Job 37:18. It is written again, And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above. Ezekiel 1:22. That sounds like the firmament is pretty strong and solid to me.
So here is a picture of the moon in the firmament, that I took early this morning.
Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: the stars also. Genesis 1:16.
