I don't know how last week was for you. We're you able to achieve all your week goals? Do you feel disappointed and unfulfilled? Don't allow whatever that happened last week rub you of the blessings, freshness that this new week brings.
I believe every day and every week is unique and experience can't be the same but similar. I will like to share few things which could spice your start of the week.
- Don't look down on your abilities, don't be overwhelmed by fear. Your abilities is what pave way for you. Are you intimidated perhaps by someone else's success? Just cheer up a new week is dawn and set before us. You can do better this week if you don't give up.
- Don't joke with your nutrition. At times we become so depressed, forget about food. They say a hungry man is an angry man. Ensure you eat balanced diet to replenish every worn tissue.
- Don't put your self under pressure in an attempt to please everyone. Just be yourself and cheer up because this is a new week with lots of possibilities.
