Hello friends. I'm happy to share my day activities from work to the salon for acrylic nails. Monday's as usual is a busy day, and for me, it was worse because I didn't get a good sleep the previous night. I had to be present at work, so I still forced myself up to prepare for work. After work, I decided to stop at a beauty salon to remove my old nails. Apparently, my index finger was in great pain because I had mistakenly hit the hand, and my index finger happened to be affected.
I couldn't concentrate at work because of the pain. It was so painful that I got signers from my brain whenever anyone got close to that hand. I couldn't bear it anymore. I was really tired and just wanted to go home and sleep, but how could I sleep peacefully with such pain.
After about three painful attempts, the nail was removed, and I discovered that the finger was swollen. I didn't initially plan on fixing, I just wanted to coat my nails with a beautiful color, but the nail technician showed me a beautiful ombre nails she did on her mannequin.
I'm not a fan of acrylic nails because of the stress and pain associated with it, but she assured me that there won't be much filing and that it would be painless. I agreed because the nails were beautiful and I was going to only pay half the price.
So we started with filling, then fixing the nails after which it was reduced to a size comfortable for me. Then, the main part started, adding the power with yellow and nude for the ombre design. Yellow was applied on the tips and the nude on top. Then, the filing, this is the painful part of acrylic nails. The powder has to be properly filed to get the desired shape and design and the dried with the rechargeable dryer.
After my nails, I painted my toes with a bright colour pink. I also painted my index finger with a matching colour with the nails so that it doesn't look odd. I still feel pain in my index finger, and I hope it gets better tomorrow.
From my face you can tell how stressed out I am but I'm very happy about my nails, I love them.
That's how I went back home with beautiful nails unplanned, but #feelgood because the nails made me feel beautiful. That's my activity today!
Can you share how your activity was like today?
