Well well. It was a bit obvious (or not) that if we were in the south of Argentina we had to go to Bariloche and that's how it was. After spending about 5 days in San Martín de Los Andes and its surroundings, we set out on a journey further south, passing through Villa La Angostura and finally arriving in Bariloche. In total, this entire journey took us more than three hours, in which we made several intermediate stops to get to know some new landscapes, until we finally reached the city of snow 😃.
Bien, bien. Era un poco obvio (o no) que si estábamos por el sur de Argentina debíamos ir obligatoriamente a Bariloche y así fue. Después de pasar como 5 días en San Martín de Los Andes y alrededores, emprendimos viaje hacia más al sur, pasando por Villa La Angostura y finalmente llegando a Bariloche. En total, todo ese trayecto nos tomó más de tres horas, en las que hicimos varias paradas intermedias para conocer algunos paisajes nuevos, hasta que finalmente llegamos a la ciudad de la nieve 😃.
Well, actually the snow thing is just an expression because in summer of course everything is melted. But I think that most people think of snow when they imagine Bariloche, even without knowing that in summer it is just as beautiful or even more beautiful. Taking advantage of the fact that the day was beautiful, we decided to go to lunch at another classic in this area: the Patagonia brewery ❤️.
Bueno, en realidad lo de la nieve es solo una expresión porque en verano por supuesto está todo derretido. Pero creo que el común de la gente piensa en nieve cuando se imagina Bariloche, incluso sin saber que en verano es igual o aún más hermoso. Aprovechando que el día estaba lindo, decidimos ir a almorzar a otro clásico de esta área: la cervecería Patagonia ❤️.
Precisely, this brewery is located in the so-called "Circuito Chico", which is literally a circular route that runs through several viewpoints of the lakes and mountains. This brand sells industrialized beer throughout our country, but the main factory is here, in Bariloche and they even have this place on the street ready for tourists and local residents 😃.
Precisamente, esta cervecería se encuentra en el denominado "Circuito Chico", que es literalmente una ruta circular que recorre varios miradores del lagos y montañas. Esta marca comercializa cerveza industrializada en todo nuestro país, pero la fábrica principal se encuentra aquí, en Bariloche e incluso tienen preparado este local a la calle para los turistas y vecinos locales 😃.
During my training as a Food Engineer and in various breweries that I have visited, I was able to learn the production process of the same, but during this walk I saw a live lupular for the first time. On an industrial level, the hops arrive at the factories in the form of small granules, similar to rabbit food, so I have never seen the original plant before. It is a climber whose cultivation must be prepared to support each branch 😃.
Durante mi formación como Ingeniera en alimentos y en diversas fábricas de cerveza que he visitado, logré aprender el proceso productivo de la misma, pero durante este paseo por primera vez vi un lupular en vivo y en directo. A nivel industrial, el lúpulo llega a las fábricas en forma de pequeños granulos, similares a la comida de conejo, así que nunca antes había visto la planta original. Se trata de una trepadora cuyo cultivo debe estar preparado para sostener cada ramificación 😃.
All this brewery has a perfect harmony between nature and commercial bar. It has plenty of outdoor space and also a covered area where you can go with prior reservation. Outside there are two bars to order food and the prices are quite reasonable, considering that it is a unique place and it is probably not every day that you go to drink beer there. It is worth going to see it and enjoy a moment admiring the landscape ❤️.
Toda esta cervecería tiene una perfecta armonía entre naturaleza y bar comercial. Tiene bastante espacio al aire libre y también un área techada donde se puede ir con reserva previa. Afuera hay dos barras para ordenar comida y los precios son bastante razonables, considerando que es un lugar único y probablemente no todos los días vas a ir a beber cerveza ahí. Vale la pena ir a conocerlo y disfrutar de un momento admirando el paisaje ❤️.
Finally, before leaving, we pass by another obligatory stop within the "Circuito Chico" and it is the Panoramic Point. Ok, everywhere within the circuit you can see landscapes in a panoramic way, but this is the definitive panoramic point, from where you can see the emblematic Hotel Llao Llao, the first in the Bariloche area 😃.
Por último, antes de irnos pasamos por otra parada obligatoria dentro del "Circuito Chico" y se trata del Punto Panorámico. Okey, en todos lados dentro del circuito se pueden ver paisajes de manera panorámica, pero este es el punto panorámico definitivo, desde donde se puede ver el emblemático Hotel Llao Llao, el primero en la zona de Bariloche 😃.
It was pretty hot that day as we sat in the sun, but as soon as it went down we remembered what part of the country it was in. It immediately started to get cold so we had to go find shelter somewhere warm. I really liked having gone to see this place, I quite like going out for a walk and seeing places like this, and even more so if they are accompanied by a beautiful landscape like the one we saw. If one day you visit Bariloche, do not hesitate to make a stop at Cervecería Patagonia ❤️.
Ese día estuvo bastante caluroso mientras nos quedamos sentados en el sol, pero ni bien bajó recordamos en qué parte del país estaba. Inmediatamente empezó a hacer frío así que tuvimos que irnos a buscar refugio en algún lugar cálido. Me gustó mucho haber ido a conocer este lugar, me gusta bastante salir a pasear y conocer lugares como esto, y más aún si estan acompañados de un paisaje hermoso como el que vimos. Si algún día visitan Bariloche, no duden en hacer una parada en la Cervecería Patagonia ❤️.
