I think that once you enter the world of semi-permanent enameling then you can't get out of there. Having neat nails and a design that lasts at least 15 days becomes the most comfortable for those of us who are somewhat flirtatious. But as always, beauty hurts 😅.
Pienso que una vez que entras en el mundo del esmaltado semipermanente después ya no puedes salir de ahí. Tener las uñas prolijas y con un diseño que dura al menos 15 días se vuelve lo más cómodo para aquellas personas que somos algo coquetas. Pero como siempre, la belleza duele 😅.
My main problem is that I have weak nails and besides that I like to keep them short. These two things combined make my nails always brittle, but the polish layer makes them a little thicker and I like that. Yesterday I went to my cousin's to have her paint me again (since last month she didn't paint me) and while doing the manicure tasks I made the mistake of moving my hand. This accidentally caused her to cut my skin instead of my cuticles and a small hemorrhage resulted that took more than 20 minutes to stop 😅.
Mi problema principal es que tengo las uñas débiles y además de eso me gusta tenerlas cortas. Estas dos cosas combinadas hacen que mis uñas siempre esten frágiles, pero la capa de esmalte las hace un poco más gruesas y eso me agrada. Ayer fui a lo de mi prima a que me pinte de nuevo (desde el mes pasado que no me pintaba) y mientras hacía las tareas de manicura yo cometí el error de mover la mano. Esto accidentalmente hizo que ella me cortara la piel en lugar de las cutículas y se originó una pequeña hemorragia que tardó más de 20 minutos en parar 😅.
When we managed to stop the bleeding, he applied a new type of product to my nail that thickened my nail even more. This is gelny kapping I must say I liked the end result. The design I chose this time was simple: black with glitter. Glitter can never be lacking in my life, I love it ❤️.
Cuando logramos detener el sangrado, aplicó en mi uña un nuevo tipo de producto que engrosó mi uña aún más. Esto es el kapping gelny debo decir que me gustó el resultado final. El diseño que elegí esta vez fue simple: negro con brillos. El brillo nunca puede faltar en mi vida, me encanta ❤️.
I thought that this color was not going to suit me since lately I am used to using shades in the range of red and purple, but I think it looks very good. I don't think I had painted my nails black since high school 😅.
Pensé que este color no me iba a quedar bien ya que últimamente estoy acostumbrada a usar tonos de la gama del rojo y del violeta, pero pienso que se ve muy bien. Creo que no me pintaba las uñas de negro desde la secundaria 😅.
After spending the afternoon struggling with blood and kapping gel, we went to pick up my cousin's children from school. On the way we take the opportunity to drink this soft drink. Here we call it 'granita' and it is juice with finely crushed ice. Something like daikiri but without the alcoholic part 😂.
Luego de pasar la tarde luchando con la sangre y el kapping gel, fuimos a buscar a los hijos de mi prima a la escuela. En el camino aprovechamos para ir bebiendo este refresco. Aquí lo llamamos 'granita' y se trata de jugo con hielo picado fino. Algo así como el daikiri pero sin la parte alcohólica 😂.
Now I'm going to have to live with this shade on my nails for the next two weeks. We will see if the additional product makes my nails not break so much. I was encouraged to toughen them up a bit, but one thing I would never do are those sculpted spike-shaped nail extensions. That is too much for me. With my short nails I am happy ❤️!
Ahora voy a tener que convivir con este tono en las uñas por las próximas dos semanas. Veremos si el producto adicional logra que las uñas no se me quiebren tanto. Me animé a endurecermelas un poco, pero algo que jamás me haría son esas extensiones de uñas esculpidas con forma de puntas. Eso es demasiado para mí. ¡Con mis uñas cortas soy feliz ❤️!
