During my stay in Baguio City, I decided to visit one of the most beautiful cafés I’ve heard about Vanilla Café. I had seen photos of it online before, and it looked very cozy and relaxing. I wanted to experience it myself, so one afternoon, I went there to enjoy a quiet moment.
When I arrived, I was amazed by how lovely the place was. The café had a warm and cozy ambiance. The smell of coffee and baked bread filled the air, and the soft music playing in the background made the atmosphere even more peaceful. The decorations were very charming there were flowers, wooden furniture, and soft lights that made the café feel like home. I instantly felt calm and happy being there.
I found a nice spot near the window where I could see the view outside. The weather in Baguio was cool and fresh, which made my visit even better.
After settling down, I looked at the menu and saw many delicious choices. But what caught my attention the most was the strawberry juice. Since Baguio is known for its sweet strawberries, I knew I had to try it. I also ordered some toasted bread to go along with it.
While waiting for my order, I took a few pictures of the place. Every corner of the café looked picture-perfect. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. After a few minutes, my order arrived, and it looked really good. The strawberry juice was a beautiful pink color, and the toasted bread smelled delicious and freshly made.
When I took my first sip of the strawberry juice, it was so refreshing and sweet. I could really taste the fresh strawberries. It was the perfect drink for Baguio’s cool weather. The toasted bread was warm and crispy, and it went perfectly with the drink. I enjoyed every bite while relaxing in that peaceful space.
As I sat there, I looked around and saw other customers smiling and chatting. Some were with friends, while others were alone like me, just enjoying their time. I liked how the café had a calm and friendly atmosphere. It felt like a good place to rest and reflect.
After finishing my food, I stayed for a few more minutes to just enjoy the moment. The warm lights and cozy vibe made me feel so comfortable. I thought about how nice it was to take time for myself, to pause and appreciate simple things like good food and peaceful surroundings.
When I left Vanilla Café, I felt happy and content. But my day didn’t end there I also planned to visit IliLikha Artist Village, which was just nearby. I had heard that it was a special place filled with art, creativity, and local culture, so I was really excited to see it.
When I arrived at Ili-Likha, I was amazed by what I saw.
The place was full of colors, art pieces, and unique designs everywhere. The walls were decorated with paintings, carvings, and recycled materials that turned into beautiful artwork. It felt like walking inside an artist’s dream world. There were also small cafés and stores inside where people sold handmade items and crafts.
I walked around slowly, taking in every detail. The place was alive with creativity. I could see how the artists used their imagination to turn simple things into art. I really admired that. It showed how talented and resourceful people can be.
I took a lot of photos because every corner looked amazing. There were wooden stairs, colorful windows, and plants hanging everywhere. The place had a natural and artistic charm that made it different from other places I had visited before.
After exploring for a while, I found a quiet spot and sat down. I watched people walking around, some taking pictures, and others enjoying coffee or snacks. It was nice to see how the place brought people together through art and culture.
As the day ended, I felt very happy and inspired. My visit to Vanilla Café and IliLikha Artist Village was truly one of the best parts of my Baguio trip. I loved how one place gave me peace and comfort, while the other filled me with creativity and inspiration.
That day reminded me that sometimes, we don’t need to go far to find happiness. It can be found in a simple drink, a warm meal, or a beautiful piece of art. Baguio City really has a special charm a mix of calmness, beauty, and creativity.
I went back feeling refreshed and thankful for the experience. It was a simple day, but it meant a lot to me. Visiting Vanilla Café and IliLikha Artist Village made me appreciate the small joys in life and reminded me how beautiful it is to slow down and enjoy the moment.
