Hoy les traigo un resumen de la semana. Mi primera semana de tratamiento del año!
Comenzamos el lunes con nervios, pero dispuesta a hacer lo que tenía que hacer! Rezando para poder recibir mi tratamiento exitosamente y con la menor cantidad de malestar posible.
Mi papá se fue muy temprano, en la madrugada para poder conseguirnos un buen número de consulta, y gracias a Dios logro conseguir el 7! Así ya al mediodía mi doctora me chequeó y nos dio la orden con las instrucciones necesarias para empezar mi tratamiento.
Pasó rápido, así que ya a eso de las 2pm estábamos listas en el apartamento! Pero a pesar de que me estaba sintiendo bien, un mareo se apoderó de mi, y los vómitos no cesaron hasta las 7pm aproximadamente.
El día martes estaba más miedosa, debido al malestar del día anterior, sin embargo, pasé la tarde tranquila sin malestar, gracias a Dios!!
Igual fue el miércoles y el jueves. Un mínimo malestar, pero nada comparado con el del lunes. Así que el viernes me sentí segura, o sea, era el último día de la semana, ya venía el descanso, pero éste viernes fue completamente diferente fue bastante comparable con el lunes...
No hubo vómito, pero si un malestar terrible que ni me dejó almorzar. Fue con un suero que se me fue pasando y logré cenar con tranquilidad.
Debo acotar que de todos los días de tratamiento mi favorito fue el miércoles.
Mi mamá fue a la farmacia de alto costo (otra vez sin éxito, pues el trióxido no estaba disponible), así que le tocó a mi papá acompañarme a recibir tratamiento. Él logró que la mañana estuviera llena de risas, y estoy agradecida por eso.
Esta semana también entregamos los premios a las ganadoras de la rifa! Que lindo es conocer personas con corazones tan gentiles.
Y hablando de corazones gentiles, este sábado mis amigos Jean y Andreina, fueron a visitar a mi abuela y nos hicieron una videollamada. Los vimos a ellos y también a nuestros animalitos!
Hoy domingo, día del señor, fui con mi mamá a misa, a agradecerle a Dios por ser tan bueno con nosotros y estar presente en nuestras vidas!

Today I bring you a summary of the week. My first week of treatment of the year!
We started Monday with nerves, but willing to do what I had to do! Praying to be able to receive my treatment successfully and with the least amount of discomfort possible.
My dad left very early, in the middle of the night to be able to get us a good appointment number, and thank God he managed to get number 7! So at noon my doctor checked me and gave us the order with the necessary instructions to begin my treatment.
It went by quickly, so at about 2pm we were ready in the apartment! But even though I was feeling well, a dizziness took over me, and the vomiting did not stop until about 7pm.
On Tuesday I was more scared, due to the discomfort from the day before, however, I spent the afternoon calmly without discomfort, thank God!!
The same was true on Wednesday and Thursday. A little discomfort, but nothing compared to Monday. So on Friday I felt safe, I mean, it was the last day of the week, the break was coming, but this Friday was completely different, it was quite comparable to Monday...
There was no vomiting, but there was a terrible discomfort that didn't even let me eat lunch. It was with a serum that I was able to get over and I managed to have dinner in peace.
I must add that of all the treatment days my favorite was Wednesday.
My mom went to the expensive pharmacy, so it was my dad's turn to accompany me to receive treatment. He made the morning full of laughter, and I am grateful for that.
This week we also gave out the prizes to the winners of the raffle! How nice it is to meet people with such gentle hearts.
And speaking of gentle hearts, this Saturday my friends Jean and Andreina went to visit my grandmother and they made a video call with us. We saw them and also our little animals!
Today, Sunday, the Lord's Day, I went with my mom to mass, to thank God for being so good to us and being present in our lives!
