Hello Hivers!
Last Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a free ticket to the ballet theater titled Coppelia from Kythe Foundation. I had always been interested in ballet, but never had the opportunity to attend a live performance.
As I entered the theater, the elegant atmosphere and stunning decor left me awestruck. The stage was set up beautifully, and the music that filled the room was enchanting.
Before we enter our designated seats me and my co-volunteers gathered so we can meet each other even for a minute also for a photo opportunity.
Meet my Kythe Family, my Ate's and Kuya's. We may not know each other's story but all of us are aware that we doing this volunteering stuff for the sake of the kids and we are love to see them smile and that makes us more committed to this advocacy. We are getting bigger and bigger now! đ
I struggled in finding my seat cause the theater is quite huge, glad that there were a lot of attendants that accommodates and help me find my seat.
As the curtains were drawn, the ballet dancers took to the stage in their exquisite costumes. The grace and precision of their movements were mesmerizing, and I found myself lost in the story of Coppelia.
The Story goes like this:
*In a contemporary retelling of the Swan and Franz love story, Coppelia merges attracting animation and live-action dance. The plot is imperiled by cosmetic surgeon Dr. Coppelius and his uncannily attractive protégée Coppelia. The villagers discover that being authentic never has been more crucial in our increasingly concerned with their appearance culture through Swan's search for the charismatic doctor.
The lead ballerina was particularly impressive, flawlessly executing the most complex of moves with ease and elegance. Her performance was truly a sight to behold.
As the performance drew to a close, the audience erupted in applause, and I was left feeling grateful for the opportunity to have witnessed such a beautiful performance.
When the show ends, I immediately ran off outside so I can see the Ballerinas.
They're so majestic and elegant! I can't help myself staring at them.
Thanks to Kythe Foundation, I was able to experience the magic of ballet firsthand, and it was an experience that I will never forget.
Also, thank you for your time reading my blog.
Until next time. See yah!
Peace out! đ€
