Sabado Grande mi gente, Welcome to one more weekend above ground.
Let’s say you are one of the few humans in the herd who operate, or have operated a floating vehicle. Maybe a trackless mag-lev, (magnetic elevation) car, or something that even flies. You’re not going to be interested in someone telling you how they can enhance your life with a conventional 4-wheel drive vehicle. Describing the state-of-the-art suspension technology, road-gripping tires, and showing videos of rugged hill climbs, and sloshing through mud, just isn’t going to do the trick for you. Because you have experienced, “better.”
Similarly, your humble vagabond has no time for accounts that are going to, “protect me from viruses.” This is indeed a case of, “if you know, you know,” because we need go no further down this muddy road. It’s just something We wanted to put out there. We’re not mad. Some of them truly believe that they are doing good deeds. Just like the Spanish Inquisitors truly believed that burning humans alive would save their souls from burning in Hell. For eternity. Take the heat over here, so you don’t have to burn, over there.
Humans are the reasons for trends. “Here’s what nobody tells you.” This was a trend for a while. It might be AI. It might be relationships. (That’s always a popular topic.) It might be podcasts, but in this case, it’s, “Here’s what nobody tells you about, spiritual awakening.”
“It’s a lonely road. People will think you’re crazy.” blah-blah-blah.
Everybody tell you that! Humans famously don’t listen.
“You’re just trying to scare me.”
“You’re just jealous!”
“In this world, you’re on your own.”
Every loner, outcast, introvert, creeper, philosopher, monk, is telling you this every day of their isolated, albeit awakened life. They tell you in TV series. In high school. Everybody has that handful of misfits in school that are into their own groove. But what the herd doesn’t get, until they become brave enough to sidestep the mass conformity control system, is that “spiritual awakening” is not a group project. You can’t randomly assign a dozen humans, your “team,” to whip up a viable, measurable, dynamic presentation on, “spiritual awakening.”
We “hope,” this clears things up for you. This, it seems, doesn’t work for extroverts.
Today’s audio companion is about Cosmogony, Vagabond Philosophy, a theory of Human Creation, and other funky things. It’s based on Alien-Intervention theory, as well as biblical chronicles. It attempts to, for this vessel anyway, assemble a timeline and quasi-answer some questions Mind has had about this topic. It continues tomorrow.
Our belief is that truth can be found, or maybe just implied, where the narratives overlap. I’ll tell you this however, before we sign off. The older stories attribute dynamic deeds to gods, then angels, then demigods, then humans under the tutelage of divine beings, and then to humans themselves, usually kings, then generals. See the pattern here? The main ideas are basically the same. The attributions are different. This suggests to Mind that the presence of, and belief in “divine beings,” diminishes across the millennia.

Cosmogony.
If there’s one quality that humans have, that is absolutely true, it’s the ability to make up stories. Maybe this ability is linked to memory, which is a phenomenon in itself.
There’s a lot of chatter about “memory” and “ancestors” in our Substack neighborhood. No complaints. Just something we noticed. It’s the section of town we moved into. “Philosophy.” Makes sense. We refer to this envity as a “Vagabond Philosopher.” Best of both worlds I’d say. Philosophy is way better than sports. And way-way better than politics. Science is too sciencey. History might be okay, but that option isn’t there. Unless I missed it.
Our Trinity is honing our philosophy of everything. Cosmic refers to everything, because cosmos means everything. A philosophy about everything is called, among other things, a “cosmogony.” How do humans manage to compress such an infinite study into a nine letter word. It’s interesting that “cosmogony” has nine letters. We will be visiting the number 9 at some point. So here are the definitions of Cosmogony.
The astrophysical study of the origin and evolution of the universe.
What does astrophysical mean? Astro means “star.” It’s not a word, but one of those, as-long-as-a-word prefixes, like “proto.” Physical means “matter.” Matter is stuff. Many humans believe, or once believed that, all is matter. When you break these words down to their origins, they become as meaningless as the audacity of believing that a mortal human could even know such things. But I suppose it’s okay to study it.A specific theory or model of the origin and evolution of the universe. If one doesn’t pressure oneself to actually prove such a theory, then I suppose this is okay. It could even be fun. Did you know that “science” and “schism” trace back to the same idea? To split something apart. The original idea behind what was coined, “skhizein” by the Greeks, later morphed into meaning “knowledge” by the Latins. We suppose that by splitting, or separating some kind of “matter” they would get to “know” it. For example, a scientist could split an apple in two, discover a few seeds, stick one seed in the dirt and the other one in his pocket and document the results. Miraculously, an apple tree grows, not in his pocket, but in the dirt. Dr. Appleseed splits one of the new apples from the tree, takes out a seed and splits it in two? Why? Because he’s looking to dis-cover exactly how that great big tree and all those tasty apples came from that one little seed. And maybe why the seed in his pocket, did not. “Science” still has not figured this one out, as far as I know. Yet, these obsessive humans believe that they can learn the origins of that which has no origin.
A philosophical, religious, or mythical explanation of the origin of the universe. This is a good one. Basically, “this is what we’ve been told. And we believe it. Because we have faith.” This is probably the best and most accurate definition. Because it tells you exactly what the others just dance around. “We believe it, because we believe it, and we don’t have anything better, or sensible to believe.” I’ll take door number three. Because, as we move through door number three, everything We are going to share, will fall in one, two or all three of these categories. Philosophy. Religion. Myth.
These are three points of the triangle. Philosophers ponder astrophysics through myth, and those myths become religion. We can imagine it working the other way around also. Religion becomes myth, becomes philosophy. It’s an infinite loop. Just like everything else.
Man created god, so that god could create man, so that man could become god, so that god could create man.
If you watch the Full Metal Ox series you already know that your humble vagabond is a full tilt rebel. We spelled it out in one of our episodes. Most likely in several of our episodes. Last year, (2025, Serenity Year), Universe suggested that We interpret scripture not from the perspective of the illiterate masses of feral humans scattered around a post-cataclysmic land, but from the perspective of superior beings, space aliens, possibly born on Earth however, with extraterrestrial lineages, who were on a guilt trip and needed to “save these poor critters.”
Wait! What? Did he say, “space aliens?”
At its peak, the Ancient Aliens series on the History Channel, had a viewership of 2.5 million per episode. For context, Duck Dynasty, (which I chose at random, but have never seen), pulled in 3 to 4 times as many viewers. 8 to 11 million viewers. If the Ancient Aliens producers could have merged their series with millionaire alien hunting-equipment dealers, the show might have done a little bit better in the ratings. Not just anyone can bag a Venusian.
So if you haven’t heard of the Annunaki, Alien Intervention theory, or, my own groove, (as far as I know), which I call, “Space Alien Philosophy,” you are either in for a treat, or you can run for the hills and go duck hunting.
As far as I know, all western religions, the major ones anyway, descend from Abraham and involve extraterrestrial, super-human beings, nigh universally referred to as “Gods,” or deities.
Back to the blackboard for more etymological vocabulary. “Extra” means, “outside; beyond the scope of.” Like. “exit.” Most words that begin with ex, mean outside. “Terra” is the Latin word for “earth.” (Territory, terrain, and so on.) Pardon me if you already know this. We are just trying to get all of our ducks in a row. So extraterrestrial, is something that’s “out of the scope of, or beyond earth.” (Out of this whirled, mahn.) All of these western deities are “extraterrestrial” by definition. The “only” debate is, “were they space aliens” or something else? Some other description of, a “god.”
I honestly don’t know. But I like the idea of, and the story behind Space Alien Philosophy.
Don’t stop me if you’ve heard this one before. Because maybe someone else has has virgin ears. We are not going to go into detail with this overview. The epic is long enough without getting into the nuances of the chronicles.
Long, long ago, on a planet far, far away, lived a species, on a planet called Nibiru. We will call them the Annunaki. However, they would not have been called such on Nibiru, as Annunaki, supposedly means, “those who from heaven to Earth, (ki is Earth), came.” Anu, is the supreme leader of the planet Nibiru. So “Anu” plays a role in the name. Probably because the main characters are his “children.”
This huge-ass planet, bigger than Jupiter, is in trouble, because their atmosphere is dissolving, and gold is needed to repair the atmosphere, or all is lost. The adventure begins. Through a series of circumstances a renegade alien escapes from Nibiru, makes his way to Earth, discovers gold in thum thar hills, goes back to Nibiru and tells everyone he has saved the planet. This guy ended up being exiled on Mars, where is died. Mars, by the way, is what the aliens called, Lahmu.
The aliens send a Battle-star Gallactica-type armada to Earth, and set up mining operations here and a weigh station on Mars.
Now, here’s the thing that always trips me up. The ratio of Nibiru’s orbit around Helios, (our Sun), is 1 to 3600. Which means, Earth circles Helios 3,600 times for every orbit Nibiru makes around the same sun. That’s one hell of a time difference. On Earth, these are called years. On Nibiru they are called shars. This is longer than an age, (2,160 laps around Helios, but astrology wasn’t a thing back then.) And speaking of “back then.” This story takes place, like 450,000-ish Earth-years ago.
Here’s my problem, even if I wanted to believe this for real for-real, I wouldn’t be buying the exact 3,600, exactly 10 times the degrees in a circle, and returning to base nine. (Remember 9? You will see her again.)
So let’s wrap this up. Call it “Chapter One.” I am going to be dropping these in the audio companions to the Daily Substack Magazine as well as the blogs. So if you’re interested you will know where to find them. I’m working this story out for my own curiosity. Mind’s cosmogony will be more about philosophy & mythology than religion.
See you tomorrow.
