Noxsoma Life Camp:
Super Power Tuesday. Flex’em up mi gente.
Recently I sat through an extra-too-long article that exemplified what I call, “Trickle-down Podcasting.” It works the same way in journalism. This example probably makes your humble observer guilty of this, however Ego is going to give Us a pass. Why? If you don’t figure it out before the end of this song, “the secret” will be revealed before we leave the stage.
Dick calls himself a journalist. Mary, according to Dick, is a mean, malevolent, media maven who is always starving for attention. Mary is the type, according to Dick, (and her reputation), who performs for likes and followers. Like a stripper gyrates her booty for tips.
So what does Dick do? Dick gives Mary exactly what she craves, attention, while criticizing her for, you guessed it, craving attention.
What did Dick get out of this superfluous hyperbole? Attention? (He got mine, but it wasn’t enough to remember his name. I hope his name isn’t really Dick.)
I already knew who Mary was. And I know enough to avoid all the red flags she waves in order to get her dopamine hits.
Dick was using Mary the same way Mary was using the guy she was using to get Dick to write about her using that guy. And then getting dissed by another guy. It’s almost like Mary was Snow White, with all the guys in this story.
Dick is a trickle-down journalist. The type, (at least in the piece we’re referring to), that gloms on to a glommer in order to catch some of that overflowing attention. Dick plays the role of a critic, but might very well be an accomplice.
Nuff said. I think you get it.
So why do we get a pass? Because we’re not shining any light on Dick or Mary, who might even be working together. It’s all about the example. The savvy observer already knows this. The witty observer knows, but doesn’t know they know. But now you know. (See below.)
Before we turn you loose, Do check out today’s Episode if you have not done so already. It’s explanatory.
Also, there’s some Substack stuff. Several posts from last year are showing up, (with audio), as well as Noxsoma Life Camp videos. The videos are long, about 30 minutes, just so you know. They are about dealing with, “Life”.
“Life Camp.”
May First, the Noxsoma Comic-Strip will begin appearing. Daily. If you scroll through Substack like it’s an underground newspaper, you will find your underground comics right here. In the booth, in the back, in the corner, in the dark. They are naughty, but not unsafe at any job.

There’s always some crazy guy at train stations in the Northeastern United States, especially in Philly. I know this because I grew up there and encountered many over many years. Also in New York, Midtown and Brooklyn. DC, but that’s an easy call, everyone’s crazy there. I’d guess Boston as well, but I don’t have much first-hand experience in Beantown.
I’m not using “crazy” as a pejorative. There are several types of crazies that haunt train stations and track platforms. Some are frustrated. Some are burnt out. Some are legit, mentally ill, but somehow prefer to be feeding pigeons and dumpster diving than being in a shelter. Some, but fewer and fewer, are vets. And some, are hiding. I don’t know Cain from Abel at first glance, however for some reason, the vibes that generate from this vessel attracts a certain type of “crazy.” The not-so-crazy that burnt out from the system. Generally speaking a low-level government employee that just couldn’t hide between the cracks of the system, or take the bullshit anymore.
They crawled so deep into the wabbit hole, that they couldn’t get out. Not everyone can be a whistle-blower. And not everyone can be a whistle-blower and live to tell about it. So you divest your escrow in the slush-fund the pension board holds for you. And you downsize. Downsize again. Until you eventually drop out. Most of these cats are clever enough to merge into the underground economy. Barter for pleasures. Catch the day-old bread between the back door of the bakery and the dumpster. Find safe places to nod, get fed, have a shower every now and then. They are crazy, because they know too much. Not in a, “needs to be silenced,” way. In a way that makes one paranoid, because any name on any sheet of paper will immediately be routed to “one of Them.”
Guys like me, don’t want to meet guys like them. Because there but for the grace of god go I, your humble vagabond could be one of those paranoid, quasi-schizophrenics that needs to get “what I know” to someone who could do something about it.
I love Malcolm's quote, “If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.” My starship is a vessel that needs to run on high octane dilithium crystals. For the first half century of life, (maybe a little less), it was fueled with high grade bovine excrement. It’ll fly. But we wull have some trouble making the jump into hyper-space.
I learned about the “Straw man” from one of these characters, before I ever saw, America: Freedom to Fascism, a documentary by Aaron Russo.
One night on a crowded bus, one of these characters started listing the corrupt players in Philadelphia politics, how they got where they were, and how they were all connected. Right up to Harrisburg.
How cannabis became illegal in America, and NATO countries. It’s not about getting’ high. It’s about cotton and paper. And that comes down to money and control.
A lotta cats get that wake up call, and they wanna be a rooster. Cluckin’ and crowin’ and running their mouths like they got a hot stock tip. This is where Abe Lincoln comes in. “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.” Only, some kinds of blabbering are more pernicious than others.
Likewise, when you only have a small percentage of the info, like, you are inventory of USA, Inc., and you decide to do some radical shit. You’ll end up as one of those dudes on the subway. You might even be Nick Fuentes. I heard he was stiffed for half a mil. But I don’t know. And I know nothing else. So for your humble vagabond, who has watched Nick as many times as I’ve watched Charlie – zero. I might be painting a target on my channel. And for what?
Anyway, most of these cats I encountered was pre-internet. They were intriguing conversations. And then they were over. The stuff Universe wanted me to know was returned, by Universe. So I learned a little bit about the straw man thing, and that led to some other levels. But I’m not a missionary about any of this stuff. I don’t call for group action against a company or individual. I just withdraw. Products that have HFCS, off my list. Off my plate. Out of my system.
So back to the “crazy guys.” There might be some on the train platforms, but there are a lot more scattered throughout the internet. I subscribed to a lot of the ones I still follow during the plandemic They are still digging into the “debunked” conspiracy theories that emerged in 2017, and before. The accusations, innuendos, logos, and code words. I’m like, “Okay. Let’s see what happens.”
Nine years later, I’m like, “Okay. Let’s see what happens.”
Well, a lot did happen, but nothing like what was “promised.” The sixteen year plan to “destroy America,” was thwarted, or so we were told, coincidentally, by the 20 16 election. America is still standing, albeit under a pyramid of military, diplomatic, social, academic, and general health failures, that’s bending her back. And what about the pedophiles? We survived Biden, Covid and the WHO, and now that Jesus Trump Superstar is back at the Whites’ House, and the country has effectively, (they like to say, “strategically”), lost another 21st Century war, that wasn’t ours to wage, we wonder if we’ll be wobbly or standing tall, ish, on July 4th.
The cosmic pen took over this one my friends. It may be a tough read, or listen, but just imagine how tricky it was to write. I never did get to the original idea. But there’s always tomorrow.
