El día de ayer, nos acercamos al Parque Multipropósito La Estación, en Avellaneda porque tenían un evento interesante, venta de artículos de colección, y animé, venta y presentación de artesanía y gastronomía medieval. Este tipo de ferias, llama mi atención, porque desde que probé por primera vez el queso de campo, el ahumado y los dulces o budines, no dejo de asistir, para degustar de todo y comprar algunos de sus productos.
Yesterday, we went to the Multipurpose Park La Estación, in Avellaneda because they had an interesting event, sale of collectibles, and animé, sale and presentation of crafts and medieval gastronomy. This kind of fairs, calls my attention, because since I tasted for the first time the country cheese, smoked cheese and sweets or puddings, I do not stop attending, to taste everything and buy some of their products.
Como pueden observar en la anterior imagen, estoy con mi primera degustación:
Los Chipacitos. Estos son unas bolitas hechas con mandioca o yuca y queso. Ya las había probado y guau, cuando vi el local, no pude resistir la tentación de comprar unas 30. “Claro para compartir en familia” Verdaderamente las recomiendo, son deliciosas. Los precios van desde 2000 pesos por 10 chipas, 4000 por 20 y 6000 por 30. Acompañadas con un rico jugo, café o chocolate, resulta delicioso.

Chipacitos. These are little balls made with cassava or manioc and cheese. I had already tried them and wow, when I saw the place, I could not resist the temptation to buy about 30. “Of course to share with the family” I really recommend them, they are delicious. Prices range from 2000 pesos for 10 chipas, 4000 for 20 and 6000 for 30. Accompanied with a delicious juice, coffee or chocolate, it is delicious.
Les cuento que entre los estands, había uno que me llamó la atención dentro de las carpas de la feria medieval. Eran los licores o bebidas a base de leche condensada, de dulce de leche, y con chocolate. La realidad era que me dieron para probar en una tapita de algún perfume, porque era tan chiquita, que cuesta agarrarla con los dedos. En fin, logre probar una que la llaman de Irlanda, y es por su parecido con la bebida, que preparan en Irlanda, el Baily
I tell you that among the stands, there was one that caught my attention inside the tents of the medieval fair. They were liquors or drinks based on condensed milk, dulce de leche and chocolate. The reality was that I was given a small perfume cap to try, because it was so small that it was difficult to grasp it with my fingers. Anyway, I managed to try one that they call it from Ireland, and it is because of its resemblance to the drink they prepare in Ireland, the Baily.
En el estand de la charcutería casera, compré para llevar a casa un combo que ofrecían y que contenía, un pan grande redondo, un cuarto de kilo de queso ahumado, y una rueda de uno que ellos llaman queso de campo, y una longaniza. La deliciosa comida para cuando llevar a casa, para no tener que cocinar. La verdad es que hicimos una buena compra. Estuvo espectacular nuestra “cena ligera”
At the homemade charcuterie stand, I bought a combo to take home, which contained a large round loaf of bread, a quarter kilo of smoked cheese, a wheel of what they call queso de campo, and a longaniza sausage. Delicious food to take home, so we didn't have to cook. The truth is that we made a good purchase. Our “light dinner” was spectacular.
En el instante en que me tomaron la foto, estaba preguntando por los precios y productos que ofrecían y el que tengo en mis manos, precisamente, es un queso de leche de cabra. Me dieron a probar y me encantó, aunque preferí llevar un combo que traía cuatro productos, para comer en casa.
At the moment they took my picture, I was asking about the prices and products they were offering and the one I have in my hands, precisely, is a goat's milk cheese. They gave me a taste and I loved it, although I preferred to take a combo that brought four products, to eat at home.
En ese puesto, no solo venden quesos, también tenían chorizos, bondiola ahumada, salchichón, longaniza queso ahumado, pancitos dulces, tortas con diferentes rellenos. Guau la verdad es que de tanto probar salado como dulce, me fui a casa muy satisfecha y asustada por mi estómago. Pero menos mal que todo estuvo bien.
In that stand, they not only sold cheeses, they also had chorizos, smoked bondiola, salchichón, longaniza, smoked cheese, sweet breads, cakes with different fillings. Wow, the truth is that after tasting both salty and sweet, I went home very satisfied and scared for my stomach. But thank goodness it was all good.
