THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL WAS THE MOST PRODUCTIVE DAY [ENG/ESP]

This Friday was the last day of classes for this year 2022, we return again in January 😊, the teacher brought a guest for class, he was a "mixed media" professor (graduated from that same Armando Reverón university, before joining you absorbed it) I kept a lot of interest in what we were talking about in class, since I am going to study mixed media and the teacher was giving a lot of interesting information 🤓; then I said goodbye to the colleagues in my initial section (we were 32 at the beginning, 3 months have passed and we are 24 left 🙃) I stayed talking for a while with my friend Ondina and then she left for her home. When I had already decided to leave the university, a friend named Moisés invited me to accompany him to some activities that were in the sculpture workshops and we went there 😋.

Este viernes fue el último día de clases por este año 2022, volvemos nuevamente en enero 😊, la profesora llevo un invitado para clase, era un profesor de "medios mixtos" (egresado de esa misma universidad Armando Reverón, antes que unearte la absorbiera) yo mantuve mucho interés en lo que estábamos charlando en la clase, ya que voy a estudiar medios mixtos y el profesor estaba dando mucha información interesante 🤓; luego me despedí de los compañeros de mí sección de trayecto inicial (eramos 32 al inicio, ya han pasado 3 meses y quedamos 24 🙃) me quede conversando un rato con mí amiga Ondina y luego ella se retiro para su hogar. Cuando ya me había decidido a irme de la universidad un pana que se llama Moisés me invitó para que lo acompañara a unas actividades que había en los talleres de escultura y para alla nos fuimos 😋.

The workshops are outside the university, but they are located very close, just one block away; When we arrived at the workshop there were already a few students waiting for the start of the activities, we went to explore the place, this was the 2nd time that I entered that space and it is quite wide, I wanted to know more, the friend Moisés does visit the workshop more often.

Los talleres quedan fuera de la universidad, pero estan ubicados muy cerca, solo a una cuadra; Cuando llegamos a el taller ya habían unos cuantos estudiantes esperando el inicio de las actividades, nosotros nos fuimos a recorrer el lugar, este era la 2 vez que yo entraba a ese espacio y es bastante amplio queria conocerlo mas, el pana Moisés si visita el taller con mas frecuencia.

The shed is divided into 4 very large spaces, each section is a workshop for some discipline such as ceramic sculpture, carpentry or metal assembly, Moises told me that there are tools to work with blacksmithing, but the place is very neglected 🙃 I would like to help to the recovery of this area of workshops; Moisés showed me a sculpture that he himself made by assembling with recycled materials ♻️ and he explained to me the idea that he wanted to capture in his creation 😁 it was very cool 💪🏼 it's a self-portrait 😋.

El galpón esta dividido en 4 espacios muy amplios, cada sección es un taller para alguna disciplina como escultura en cerámica, carpintería o ensamblaje con metales, moises me comentó que hay herramientas para trabajar la herrería, pero el lugar esta muy descuidado 🙃 me gustaría ayudar a la recuperación de esta zona de talleres; Moisés me mostro una escultura que el mismo realizo haciendo un ensamblaje con materiales reciclados ♻️ y me expuso la idea que quiso plasmar en su creación 😁 quedo muy genial 💪🏼 es un autorretrato 😋.

Then they called everyone to explain how we were going to proceed with the activities they had prepared, they did not expect so many students to attend the call and for that reason they were very happy, this year we entered a large number of new students to join you; there were 3 programmed activities, ceramic sculpture, sound poetry, street art and stencil creation.

Luego llamaron a todos para explicarnos como íbamos a proceder con las actividades que tenían preparado, ellos no esperaban que asistieran tantos estudiantes a la convocatoria y por eso estaban muy contentos, este año ingresamos una gran cantidad de nuevos estudiantes a unearte; habían 3 actividades programadas, escultura en cerámica, poesía sonora, arte callejero y creación de stencil.

The first workshop was ceramic sculpture to create an ocarina (musical instrument) but almost all the students signed up for it 😅 I preferred to start with one of the other two workshops.

El primer taller fue de escultura en cerámica para crear una ocarina (instrumento musical) pero en ese se inscribieron casi todos los estudiantes 😅 preferí comenzar por uno de los otros dos talleres.

I started with the sound poetry workshop, the teacher was Rommel Hervez all the teachers in the workshops were students from the Armando Reverón University; I found the class very interesting, because Rommel explained to us how he created a phonetic language called qaliticum by intonation of various sound frequencies with his mouth reciting to us a sound poetry guided by a writing (it could be said that this writing is an alphabet of that phonetic language that he created) he gave us a small demonstration to understand everything he was explaining to us and that phonetic language is really something very interesting 😁.

Comencé con el taller de poesía sonora, el profesor era Rommel Hervez todos los profesores de los talleres fueron alumnos de la universidad Armando Reverón; la clase me pareció muy interesante, porque Rommel nos explico como creó un idioma fonético llamado qaliticum mediante la entonación de varias frecuencias de sonido con la boca nos va recitando una poesía sonora guiándose de un escrito (podría decirse que ese escrito es un abecedario de ese idioma fonético que el creo) nos realizo una pequeña demostración para comprender todo lo que nos estaba explicando y de verdad es algo muy interesante ese lenguaje fonético 😁.

Later we all met again for the presentation of the performance of a student who did something very transcendental 🙃 is that she grabbed a guitar and turned it into a cello 🤯, I found that idea very fascinating and also the performance was great, no I upload video, because my intention is to bring those talented people so that they themselves can publish their videos on HIVE 😁.

Mas tarde nos reunimos todos nuevamente para la presentación del performance de una estudiante que hizo algo muy trascendental 🙃 es que ella agarró una guitarra y la convirtió en un Chelo 🤯, a mi me pareció muy fascinante esa idea y además el performance quedo genial, no subo video, porque mi intención es traer a esas personas talentosas para que ellos mismos publiquen sus videos en HIVE 😁.

We took a short break to share a snack, each one of us who attended the place brought something to eat or drink to share, I brought some cookies and some bread to spread it with various sauces that other students brought 🤤; The whole experience was very nice, because I met a lot of new students 😋.

Nos tomamos un pequeño descanso para compartir una merienda, cada uno de los que asistimos al lugar llevamos algo de comer o beber para compartir, yo lleve unas galletas y unos panes para untarlo con varias salsas que llevaron otros estudiantes 🤤; todo la experiencia fue muy agradable, porque conocí muchos estudiantes nuevos 😋.

After the snack we continued with the last workshop that dealt with urban art and vandalism, we talked about several famous graffiti artists and we focused on a specific artist called BANKSY (well, it is not known if he is just an artist or an organization that is made up of many members). Said character became one of the most sought after artists in the world, since with his works he carried a message of protest to the world, but they were considered vandalism, each of his works is worth a lot of money; All that information about street art was very nutritious, the teacher explained to us that this was her thesis to graduate.

Despues de la merienda continuamos con el último taller que trataba sobre arte urbano y vandalismo, hablamos sobre varios grafiteros famosos y nos centramos en un artista específico llamado BANKSY (bueno no se sabe si es solo un artista o una organización que la componen muchos integrantes) dicho personaje paso a ser uno de los artistas más buscados del mundo, ya que con sus obras llevaba un mensaje de protesta al mundo, pero eran considerada como vandalismo , cada un de sus obras vale mucho dinero; toda esa información sobre el arte callejero fue muy nutritiva, la profesora nos explico que esta fue su tesis de grado para graduarse.

Part of what they told us in the street art workshop is that most of these artists worked with stencils (templates) and that's why they taught us to create our own stencils; We got some cardboard and with that we began to cut out the figures that we created to later translate them into the façade of the workshop entrance. It really was a very entertaining activity we were able to free ourselves for a while 😋.

Parte de lo que nos contaron en el taller de arte callejero es que la mayoría de esos artistas trabajaban con stencil (plantillas) y por eso nos enseñaron a crear nuestros propios stencils; conseguimos unos cartones y con eso comenzamos a recortar las figuras que creamos para luego plasmarlas en la fachada de la entrada del taller. De verdad fue una actividad muy entretenida pudimos liberarnos un rato 😋.

This was a very productive day 💪🏼😁 I was able to acquire new knowledge and I also had the opportunity to meet very talented artists, I explained a little about hive to everyone I could and how they can monetize their knowledge on the blockchain, I wrote down a few contacts new to the phone, I know that in January I will meet with them to explain more in depth about hive, I am interested in them joining the blockchain, because I want to help them improve that space and with hive we can get resources to move forward in that space recovery sculpture workshops; enjoy the last day of classes for this year 😁 in January we return with more energy to achieve the change and recovery that I have proposed to carry out within that university. Este fue un día muy productivo 💪🏼😁 pude adquirir nuevos conocimientos y también tuve la oportunidad de conocer artistas muy talentosos, a todos los que pude les expliqué un poco sobre hive y de como pueden monetizar su conocimiento en la blockchain, anoté unos cuantos contactos nuevos en el teléfono, se que en enero me reuniré con ellos para explicarle mas a fondo sobre hive, me interesa que ingresen en la blockchain, porque quiero ayudarlos a mejorar ese espacio y con hive podemos conseguir recursos para ir avanzando en esa recuperación del espacio de los talleres de escultura; disfrute del último día de clases por este año 😁 en enero volvemos con mas energia para lograr el cambio y la recuperación que me he propuesto a realizar dentro de esa universidad.
