Another silent day, just how a Black Saturday should be- with most of the people are spending it in the province, taking this week-long vacation as the opportunity to spend time with loved ones, doing family reunions, the streets of Manila became really quiet. No traffic rush, no angry drivers and few people walking on the street.
We also just read the whole book of the Passion of the Christ, and my sister decided to give us a call and have a little catch up. A fun conversation is always the way when talking with my sisters.
After that my mom and I went for a walk. With the thought of just getting a few steps and enjoy the stillness of the afternoon. But it all changed after seeing one vendor on the side of the road.
Balut. My mom's favorite. So we had a little stop over, talking to the vendor while my mom eats her balut. I got myself a some boiled peanuts.
After all that we decided to head home, and I went back to my task- just started with my training online.
