Books are best friends. Everything in the world may leave you but books will never leave your hands. Books always help us to make life meaningful by giving us knowledge. Sometimes it is difficult that the children of the present generation do not want to read books. Mobile phones have taken everything away, It's really sad to see that kids are busy with mobile phone games all the time. But in our time we used to read a lot of books and considered books as best friends.
After reaching school with my daughter Ilma in the morning, I got to know that there will be a book fair in their school today, I was really happy to hear the news. I saw a joy prevail among the children of the whole school. Knowing that one class will be less today, everyone started cheering.
This is our book fair, although it is being done on a small scale but I see it as positive. It may be that knowledge can develop around this small book fair. Maybe some children will develop the habit of reading books and move away from mobile use.
I thanked the headmaster sir. He said that he will organize such a book fair every year, it is really happy news. I asked my daughter to identify some books, she started searching books in her mind . I saw that he did not know what book to buy. I helped my daughter identify some books.
Now my daughter is very happy to get some books. He wanted to take a picture with his friend. After buying the books I let him look at some more books, after spending about two hours in this way we returned home . Honestly I am very happy because I know at least for few days he will not pick up the mobile phone and try to read the books.
So I would like to say to all please don't give a mobile to a child, give him a good book, he will become a real person.
