¡Amigoooosss, Friends, My love, puchuras, guapuras, amorchis! ¿Cómo están? ¿Cómo se portan? Hoy compartiré con ustedes un día laboral o semi laboral, en el que trabaje pero terminé haciendo compras en Río, pero tranquilos el post no trata del súper mercado, trata de mi asistiendo a reuniones importantes, lo que me llena demasiado, se que soy una mini abogada, que no se nada, pero aprendo rápido, que me estreso a veces, pero se cómo superar el estrés esa soy yo jaja, y tendré el triple de estrés la semana que viene porque mi compañera de trabajo se va de vacaciones y como les repito no se mucho y me estreso las cosas pesadas me van a tocar y eso me estresa, pero no por mal ni nada, me estresa porque se que al no saber algo al 100% existe la posibilidad de fracasar o meterla pata.
Heyyyy, friends, my loves, cuties, sweethearts, sweeties! How are you? How’s it going? Today I’m going to share with you a workday—or sort of a workday—where I worked but ended up shopping in Rio. But don’t worry, this post isn’t about the supermarket; it’s about me attending important meetings, which really fulfills me. I know I’m a mini-lawyer who doesn’t know much, but I learn fast. I get stressed sometimes, but I know how to handle it—that’s just me, haha. and I’ll have three times the stress next week because my coworker is going on vacation, and as I keep telling you, I don’t know much and I get stressed—the tough stuff is going to fall on me, and that stresses me out, but not in a bad way or anything; it stresses me out because I know that when I don’t know something 100%, there’s a chance I’ll fail or mess up.
Pero bueno dejando de lado mis inseguridades, les comparto que hice ese día y como inicio, lo primero que debemos saber es que perdí el bus que me llevaba directo al c.c Sambil, así que tuve que agarrar una mini a la Asunción y un autobús al Sambil, y justo me tocó el ruta larga, se que debía disfrutar del paisaje siempre es así, y lo hago, pero en esta situación le estaba pisando la chola al chófer porque no quería llegar tarde, igual llegué tarde, pero súper llegué, ví las salina el castillo, la playa, y solo pensaba en ver el Sambil jaja.
But anyway, putting my insecurities aside, I’ll tell you what I did that day. To start off, the first thing you should know is that I missed the bus that was taking me straight to the Sambil mall, so I had to take a minibus to La Asunción and then a bus to Sambil—and I just happened to get the long route. I know I should enjoy the scenery; it’s always like that, and I do, but in this situation, I was practically stepping on the driver’s gas pedal because I didn’t want to be late. I still ended up late, but I made it—I saw the salt flats, the castle, the beach—and all I could think about was getting to Sambil, haha.
Al llegar me quedé esperando a mi jefa un ratito y nos dirigimos al L'Dotel que queda en el c.c, llegamos nos tomamos una tasa de café y no tome ni una foto porque estábamos con la directiva de la cámara de comercio y como es de costrumbre soy la más pequeña y no quería parecer infantil, así que no tome fotos.
When I arrived, I waited for my boss for a little while, and then we headed to L'Dotel, which is in the mall. We got there, had a cup of coffee, and I didn't take a single photo because we were with the Chamber of Commerce's board of directors, and as usual, I'm the youngest one there, so I didn't want to seem childish—that's why I didn't take any photos.
Cuando subimos a la sala de conferencias donde se desarrollaría la reunión, allí si tome fotitos, todo tranqui, me tomé un café y ame ame, en este tipo de reuniones, se aprende demasiado, y más de mi isla. Es como aprender cada vez mas de el lugar donde creciste, todo redy.
When we went up to the conference room where the meeting was going to take place, I took a few photos there—no big deal. I had a coffee and really enjoyed myself. At these kinds of meetings, you learn so much—especially about my island. It’s like learning more and more about the place where you grew up. All good.
Buenos amigos esto es todo por hoy, les muestro fotitos para que se imaginen todo jaja. Ya hoy es sábado, mañana domingo y para el lunes entenderé que no tuve vida social en toda semana santa, por ser tremenda gallina.
