Grocery Time! Scouring for Discounted Items

Hello HIvers!

It's been a while since I shared about my grocery haul. Allow me to share a few discounts I got from my recent trip to the supermarket.

Upon entering, I knew I could get more discounts today! There were lots of red signs 😀; "SALE", "Bundle Promo"

I know it wasn't just me, other people were also busy checking out the discounted items and those with freebies.

I found these two employees busy sorting some veggies. They were wearing red t-shirts with the word "SALE" on the back.

Now, that cart full of different items was actually a customer's cart. They left it there because they were still grabbing for more items. They asked the 2 employees to keep an eye on the cart so that other customers won't take it. Brilliant idea, but is it okay? These employees were busy doing their jobs, and yet, here you are, asking them to do something they weren't paid for. How inconsiderate, tsk. They could've just left it near the cashier. How about you? What would you do?

Anyway, I didn't say anything and just continued scouring 😂

Here are the first few bundles I found.

now here's my favorite part, the snacks 😋

My favorite Del Monte Juice Drink is on sale, again. Buy 2, save 10 pesos.

Buy 2 bottles of Minute Maid orange and get 1 Cal Cheese for free.

I bought some biscuits, bread, cup noodles, and some kitchen essentials. I didn't take photos of them, though 😁

But here is something I wanted to know, have any of you (especially Filipinos) tried this canned squid from 555? This is my favorite. My family doesn't like it because it smells bad, but I don't care. I love it 😋

here is a unique find. I didn't know that Nova has this sweet corn flavor, and with malunggay in it. I tried it when we arrived home, and it was great. I love the sweet taste. Have you tried this?
