Good evening to all of us. I hope everyone had a lovely and productive day.
Today was one of those days that is tiring but satisfying.
Early in the morning, I headed to the Kingdom Hall to volunteer.
Before starting any work, we wear the proper safety gear, like hard hats and high-visibility vests.
This is required whenever we volunteer on construction projects.
Safety always comes first, especially when working with heavy materials and tools.
Our task for the day was to install a wooden formwork for a concrete beam.
We started by setting up the plywood panels, making sure they were aligned properly.
These panels will serve as the mold where the concrete will later be poured.
The work itself was not easy.
As you need to lift panels, position them correctly, and secure them in place.
It took a lot of effort.
But despite that physical work, the atmosphere was light and cheerful.
While we worked, we kept teasing each other and sharing jokes.
That's why it makes the work feel lighter.
Accuracy is very important in this kind of work.
Even a small mistake in measurement can affect how the concrete beam will turn out later.
So we took our time checking the alignment and making sure the panels were straight and properly supported.
Some of us held the plywood sheets in place, while others secured them with nails and braces.
Step by step, the structure slowly took shape.
It took patience and teamwork, but at the end of the day, the beam mold became solid and ready.
Also, before heading home...
Right in front of the Kingdom Hall was this magnificent Mayon Volcano.
It was visible...
Not hiding behind the clouds like it often does.
It was such a peaceful and beautiful sight after a long day of work.
So I think this is the perfect way to end this blog.
This day was tiring, but I'm happy knowing that my time and effort spent were truly worthwhile.
