Hola amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, hoy paso por acá para mostrarles este rato en el que tuvimos que ir a cuidar a mi abuela ya que mi tía, quien es la que vive con ella tenía un compartir por el día del trabajador, así que para que ella pudiera ir a disfrutar nosotras nos fuimos a casa de mi abuela en horas del mediodía.
Hello friends from this beautiful community, today I go through here to show you this time when we had to go take care of my grandmother since my aunt, who is the one who lives with her had a share for the worker's day, so for her to go enjoy we went to my grandmother's house in noon hours.
Mi abuela es una señora de 96 años que a pesar de que a su edad aún camina, hay que ayudarla porque no puede hacerlo sola, ha perdido la vista en su totalidad, hay que llevarla al baño, y estar muy pendiente de ella, mi tía es la que pasa el mayor tiempo con ella porque es la que vive allí, pero siempre tratamos de ayudar y quitarle un poco el peso de la responsabilidad de cuidar a un adulto mayor.
My grandmother is a 96-year-old lady who even though at her age she still walks, you have to help her because she cannot do it alone, she has lost her sight in full, you have to take her to the bathroom, and be very aware of her, my aunt is the one who spends the most time with her because she is the one who lives there, but we always try to help and take away the weight of responsibility to take care of an older adult.
Pasamos toda la tarde allá, realmente cuando voy para allá no hay mucho que hacer, la mayor parte del tiempo nos sentamos en el porche de la casa a ver pasar la gente en la calle, uso mi teléfono, converso con mi abuelita y mi mamá, pero de manera muy recurrente me aburro, sin embargo en esta oportunidad quise compartirles un poco mi vista desde la casa de mi abuela y una fotografía de nosotras, ya estaba anocheciendo, mi tía llegó a eso de las 9:30 pm y nos retiramos a nuestro hogar.
We spent the whole afternoon there, really when I go there there is not much to do, most of the time we sit on the porch of the house to see people pass on the street, I use my phone, I chat with my grandmother and my mom, but in a very recurrent way I get bored, however at this opportunity I wanted to share a little my view with you from my grandmother's house and a photograph of us, it was already getting dark, my aunt arrived at about 9:30 pm and we retired.
